Vice President of Payer Strategies
Mike is the Vice President of Payer Strategies for MD Healthcare Partners. In this role he is responsible for developing and executing strategic fee-for-service and value-based relationships with payers and employers.
Prior to MD Healthcare Partners, Mike held various managed care and financial leadership roles in multiple healthcare organizations. Most recently, Mike served as Assistant Vice President of Managed Care for Orlando Health for over five years, successfully negotiating rate increases, value-based contracts, and bundled payment arrangements. He also led the creation and growth of a direct-to-employer strategy. Mike has also worked for a prominent academic medical system, the largest for-profit hospital system in the country, and two payers.
Mike received his Master of Health Administration and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
